We spend a lot of time listening to team "discussions". Most of the time it is obvious that individuals are focused on making a point or proving themselves right.
Next time, really try to listen to an idea. And before you judge/refute it ask , "How can we take your thought farther?" or "Where could we go with your thought if we leaned into it?"
You will be amazed at what brilliance will come next. #teamdevelopment#creativity#teamwork
